Yoga classes vary between 30-45 minutes, and are designed to keep your body flexible and mobile. Class styles include Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga. Power Yoga is a full body bodyweight strengthening challenge that focuses on balance and core strength, along with some flexibility and mobility. Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga where you move fluidly through transitions between stretches targeting tightness, soreness, and stiffness of daily life. Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga meant to be as easy on the body as possible, and is best used on recovery days where the body needs rest and recover from physical exertion or stress.
